About Drew

A military veteran, cybersecurity expert, and serial entrepreneur, Drew has called Dripping Springs home for years and has invested deeply in the community he loves.

As a lifelong volleyball player and fan, Drew has spent the past several years helping grow the sport in Dripping Springs. Before founding DS Elite, he served four years as a head coach and as President of the Dripping Springs Youth Sports Association (DSYSA) Volleyball program. His leadership and vision have helped create new opportunities for athletes and families throughout the community while building a strong foundation for the future of volleyball in Dripping Springs.

Drew’s passion for the game is personal. He and his wife, Ashley, are the proud parents of three daughters — Bella, Juliet, and Emilia — and have experienced firsthand the positive impact youth volleyball can have on young athletes. Together, they are committed to using sports, mentorship, and community involvement to help develop confident, resilient, and well-rounded young women.

That commitment extends beyond the volleyball court. Ashley founded the Dripping Springs Kardivas, a character development program for fifth-grade girls that now serves students across all Dripping Springs elementary schools. The Rose family are active members of Austin Ridge and are passionate about investing in the next generation through leadership, service, and community.

DS Elite is the culmination of Drew’s vision to build a program rooted in Dripping Springs, built for Dripping Springs, and dedicated to developing not only great volleyball players, but great people. He is excited to continue leading athletes both on and off the court.
