About Brandon
Brandon grew up in Orlando, Florida, and attended Florida State University, where he earned degrees in Business Management and Sports Management before completing his MBA at the University of Central Florida.
Brandon began playing volleyball in middle school and joined a competitive national club program during high school. He continued his playing career with the men’s club volleyball team at Florida State while also serving as a graduate assistant for the university’s NCAA women’s volleyball program. During his time with the Seminoles, the team won an ACC Championship and advanced to the Elite Eight. In addition to his collegiate experience, Brandon coached a 10s club team and helped lead more than 100 volleyball camps for middle school and high school athletes throughout Florida and the Southeast.
Since moving to Dripping Springs, Brandon has coached through DSYSA and has led clinics for younger athletes at DS Elite. He is passionate about helping young players develop strong fundamentals while building confidence, resilience, and a love for the game.
Brandon is especially excited to help lead 11 Diamond this season and create a strong foundation for the future. His goal is to teach athletes not only volleyball skills, but also how to cultivate a growth mindset, work hard, have fun, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
Outside of volleyball, Brandon loves to travel and has visited nearly 40 countries. He’s also a self-proclaimed coffee nerd, and the golf course is his happy place!
